1. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, all of our products can be shipped internationally.

2. When will my order be delivered?

All orders are estimated to be processed and then delivered around 7-12 business days after purchase. 

In case of uncommon logistics issues, it may take a few more business days. 


3. My order has not yet been delivered.

After the payment has been processed, the products are usually dispatched within 1-2 days. If this deadline has passed, please shoot us an email so we can provide you with additional information.

4. My order has yet to arrive.

If you have not yet received your order, please contact us so that we can look into it. This may be due to a customs regulation.

5. I'm concerned about the security of my credit card information.

Because we use global secure payment gateways to conduct all of our transactions, you can rest assured that they are entirely secure.


6. Why did I only receive one product that I ordered but not the other?

We have multiple warehouses in different locations for logistical purposes. Depending on stock, your products may be shipped from different warehouses. This is a common occurrence; there is no need to be concerned. Your other item(s) will very certainly be delivered soon. Please send us an email if you have any other concerns.

7. My order has been tampered with.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please notify us as soon as possible and take photos of the damage so that we can send you a replacement for free.

8. I'd like to modify or cancel my order.

Only the first 24 hours after purchase are available for changes. Please contact us within this time limit so that we can help you make the necessary changes to your order.
